To promote and advance the participation in White Water Adventure Activities including but not limited to White Water Kayaking, Canoeing, Rafting, Pack Rafting, White Water River Exploration and Surf Kayaking.

To advocate for River Conservation by Taranaki residents and Members of the society.

To promote river safety.
